While I was under the care of Dr. James Kurtzman, Shannon, on many occasions, was my ultrasound tech. She was thorough, patient, kind, and well-trained. Her bedside manner is unmatched, answering every question and concern (especially in the earliest/scariest weeks!) with the confidence and reassurance you pray to get, but often don’t, with other techs. Her passion for her job is ever-present and it’s so wonderful to feel like my babies and I are equally cared for, and to have a tech who is genuinely over the moon excited alongside me during such a special season. Shannon is the best ultrasound tech I have ever seen. She is not only so good at what she does but she genuinely cares, is so kind, and has the best bedside manner. I saw her many times throughout my pregnancy with my twins. Other techs I saw were honestly very awkward and quiet but Shannon spends time talking with you and she remembers details about your life and makes you feel so comfortable which is so special. She has so much experience and I would recommend her to any pregnant momma I know! This is my 3rd baby and I feel like I’ve never had such great care. Having someone so knowledgeable, caring, and loving made the whole experience.
