Late Cancellation Policy

At Blooming Babies, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service to all of our families. In order to ensure the efficient operation of our ultrasound business, we have implemented the following Late Cancellation or No-Show Fee policy. Please read and acknowledge the terms below:

  1. Late Cancellation: A late cancellation occurs when a client fails to cancel their appointment within the specified cancellation period. The cancellation period is 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  2. No-Show: A no-show is when a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice.
  3. Fee Assessment: In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a fee of $75 will be charged to the client’s credit card on file. This fee is intended to compensate for the time and resources allocated for the appointment that could have been offered to another client.
  4. Fee Payment: The late cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file within 1-2 days following the missed appointment. Clients will receive a notification via email or phone regarding the charge.
  5. Rescheduling Policy: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us within the cancellation period within 12 hours as mentioned above. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, based on availability.
